Overall I believe the quality of the production to be of a high standard. With guidance from the lecturers and meetings with Sarah Crook, my work has met a standard the I am confident will succeed in promoting the college. I also feel that had it not been of a good standard, then Martin Tucker would not feel prepared to spend money on a product that he has no confidence in. However, he did say that he would happily use them to market the college of Penwith and this makes me positive that the standards of my work have not fallen below what is deemed to be professional. I also felt that when he told me he would be pleased to market the college using my products, that it would be a good time to mention the property rights. As all but one (the Penwith logo) of the elements of my design is mine, then he agreed that I most definitely own a big share of the product. However, we also came to the agreement that as I used the college equipment to make my product, then he too own a big share.
During my role as an employee for my client, Martin Tucker, I have definitely applied and developed my technical skills. My whole understanding of Photoshop, the main software I have used to create my products, have developed greatly and I think this is evident in the work I have produced. I have not only employed technical skills involving ICT but have also used skills involving the personal learning and thinking skills that we are taught alongside the diploma. As I have established in the next couple of paragraphs, self managing was one of my strong points in this project. To be a good self manager, you have to work to deadlines and not let time frames become a factor in keeping your products from being completed. I feel that I have been a good self manager and I have confidently applied technical skills that you only have if you are one.
I feel that in this project I have maintained a high standard in my whole working ethic. I have not slacked or procrastinated, and this has pulled off greatly as I have met all deadlines. To be a good self-manager you have to 'organize time and resources, prioritizing actions' and I believe I have achieved this during the project.
I have learned a few vital things that an employee must need in the workplace. Firstly, I didn't expect my work to be as critically analyzed as it was. I had to constantly change my work until it met that of a professional standard and my client accepted nothing lesser. I felt my project was strictly treated, but another thing I learned during this project is that it has to be treated like that for a consortium to be successful.
The strength of my project has definitely been, as highlighted earlier, to be how I self managed. I really feel that I did the best I could achieve and applying my self managerial skills I both had, and had learned more of during the project, definitely contributed towards the success of my work. My weakness was probably my naivety in this area of work. I didn't know what to expect in this project and this was a blow to my production. However, I quickly tried to adapt myself to my in-expectancy and gain experience in this type of work so that I wouldn't be so naive in the latter stages of the production.
If I ever had to do another commission in the future, then I definitely feel that I will be more successful than what I have been in this one. In this commission project, I was a bit inexperienced, however I do feel I have learned a lot and developed my skills greatly in this area of work and so if I were to do something like this again, I am sure I will have even more of a positive input on what the client employed me for. What specifically would make me better suited as an employee for a client are the skills I have learned that are essential under commission restraints. These skills include working to the deadlines, working effectively for the client's needs and accepting criticism until my product fits the purpose of my clients commission.
I have also asked a number of students and staff to give feedback on my work, all of which was positive. These people said that I applied learning techniques successfully and created a sophisticated piece of work. Although I also received minor criticisms along with the praise people gave me for my production, such as slightly altering the title by adding the subheading 'Creative Media Diploma' so people know what CMD stand for, they can easily be corrected and most of which I have already improved upon.
Recently there was an open evening for people to come and explore what goes on here at the college of Penwith. I saw this as a great opportunity to display the work I completed for the commission project as it allowed a wider audience to see what I had done. Overall I was very pleased with what they all had to say. It seemed they received my work very well and my target audience, 16-19 year old's, were very enthusiastic about reading a copy.

Feedback from Martin Tucker
Yesterday, I presented my finished work to Martin Tucker. Overall, he was pleased with the work and only had a couple of minor criticisms which I have already corrected. He thought I had put a lot of effort into commission and said he would happily use the material to promote the college. One question I needed to ask him in order to complete one of my last bits of evidence, was the budget. I asked him how much it would cost if I were to use 50 copies of the magazine and about 20 copies of the poster to distribute around the community. He told me that if the college were to use my produced material as marketing products, then the college would pay all costs.

PLTS

In this commission project, I feel that I have already successfully fulfilled the roles as a self manager, team worker, independent enquirer, creative thinker, effective participator and reflective learner.
Firstly, I think I fulfilled the role as a self manager, and still am, by keeping my time managed in the correct way.
Secondly, I think I fulfilled the role as a team worker by helping others develop their ideas for this project by giving critical analysis for their work.
Thirdly, I think I fulfilled the role as an independent enquirer by reaching goals such identifying questions and answering those problems by finding suitable ways of resolving them.
Fourthly, I think I have fulfilled the role as a a creative thinker by creating the ideas I have had for this commission project. I believe they are creative ideas and I have made them more so by using industry standard software such as Photoshop.
Fifthly, I think I have fulfilled the role as an effective participator by proposing practical ways forward and breaking these down into manageable steps.
Sixthly, I think I have fulfilled the role as a reflective learner by inviting feedback and dealing positively with praise, setbacks and criticisms.

Budget and Health and Safety
Today, the rest of the group and I did some tasks and exercises involving budgets and health and safety. For the budget, the task we did was estimating values and costs of equipment for a ten year contract with the makers of Avatar 2. We linked this with the health and safety task, by estimating the values of things concerning the health and safety of people involved with the making of Avatar 2.

The Law and Photography
The law is now cracking down on the rights to take photographs. Cameras can be taken off people who are believed to be taking pictures of iconic buildings, because they could be a terrorist. People are not allowed to take pictures of children incase they are peadophiles. Basically any photographs that are seen as arguably wrong, can be seen as an offence against the law, and the photographers who took them can be arrested without evidence of doing anything bad.

Change in Ideas
I have recently had the problem of a student disbanding from my group, and now as it is just me on my own, feel that in the remaining time we have for the commission project, that it will be a sensible choice to cancel one of my ideas for the project. Instead of the video, I will continue to pursue both the poster and the magazine ideas. Also, this project only requires one product at the most and so as I am doing two, I feel I will still fulfill more than is needed to achieve a good commission project, regardless whether I cancel one of my product ideas from going into production.

Photography
In photography I captured many professional standard photos of the new Zennor building. I then downloaded them onto a mac and edited them to make them more professional and attractive. Once I had done this, I downloaded a useful program that arranged my photos into a collage of different shapes, depending on the settings I had input. After this, I copied it into my poster document and this is what helped me complete my poster for the commission project.
Graphic Design
In my graphic design lecture, I completed my poster. Robin, the lecturer, used critical advice to help me improve anything on the poster and so I then made some finishing touches. I believe I have successfully done what I intended to, which was to make a poster that was aimed at 16-19 year old's by using contemporary, arty and attractive designs.
Film
In our film lectures, the other students and I practiced our skills with the camera and also used editing software in the mac suite to edit any footage or photos we had taken with the cameras in the lesson.
Music Technology
While the building was being finished, the other students and I had no equipment to work on the music side of our projects, so continued with any work that we could be getting on with. I tried to note down any remaining pre-production work for my video and also tried completing my poster and starting my magazine.

Team Working
As a team working starter activity, the rest of the group and I split into two teams and had 5 minutes to wrap a member of our group in loo role. The purpose of this exersise was to get us communicating within a group to produce the best mummy at the end. The winning group of the exersise would be based on the team work they had.
The main bulk of our lesson was to think of an event that would be held at Trengwainton Gardens. The event that the rest of my group and I thought of was a trail to find letters that would spell out a word. Once you have found the word, you would win a prize. This event was inspired by a trail of similar properties at Paradise Park.

5 years time
I have looked into the avaliable courses at Falmouth University and have found three that have taken my interest. The three are: English with Media Studies BA(Hons), Film BA(Hons) and English with Creative Writing BA(Hons).
English with Media Studies:

English with Creative Writing:

Out of all three, English with Creative Writing is what interests me the most. The reason I like this course is because it focuses on areas in literature, creative writing and the media, so combines the two other course as well.

Health and Safety
In our media lecture today, we had a tour around the Zennor building that we will be moving into next Monday. Before we got to look around though, a health and safety adviser on the site, told us all that we needed to know to stay safe in building sites. He presented a 5 minute slideshow, showing what equipment we needed to have to protect ourselves and what we need to be aware of on the premises.
The equipment required on the tour were, hats, gloves and high visibility jackets.

Photography
In my most recent photography lectures, the rest of the group and I had a quick tour through the new porthcurnow building. The purpose of doing this was so we could gain ideas for where we can shoot any videos, or take any pictures for our commission ideas. We also experimented with the cameras so that we knew how to use one when it comes to producing our materials.
Graphic Design
In my most recent graphic design lectures, I have been working on the start of the magazine idea. Before jumping into designing and creating any magazine drafts, I have been recording what exactly it is that I would like to include in the idea. I have documented the size of the magazine, whether it will be in black and white or in colour, the text I will use, the font I will use and also things like the graphics I will be creating in Photoshop. Once I have finished any pre-production work on the idea, I will then start creating drafts and approach Martin Tucker so he can see where I am going with the idea, and whether he likes the drafts or whether he wants them to be changed.
Film
In my film lectures, I have been building the foundations of the promotional video, by concentrating on when, where and how I am going to film my idea. I will soon put my thoughts on to pre-production material, such as storyboards, but first have to take into consideration the requirements that have to be dealt with, such as health and safety and risk assessments.
Music Technology
Most recently in our music technology lectures, we have now been developing our ideas for the commission project. Now that we have completed our pitches, we know what idea Martin wants us all to work on. In my pitch, Martin said to me that he would like me to work on each of my ideas, but keep the promotional video as my main priority. Therefore, I have been more working on this idea in music, and trying to keep the development on this idea in this lecture, as music based as I can. In my last lecture, I was experimenting with the soundtrack for my promotional video. I have been listening thoroughly to the Nike advert that I found inspiration in and tried analysing what sort of music they used for their video. By doing this, I gained some insight on what sort of music I could include in my video. I then tried creating music in Logic Pro.
Trengwainton Gardens Easter Egg Idea
Today, the rest of the group and I developed the idea of a possible easter egg hunt that will be based in Trengwainton Gardens. We talked about splitting the Gardens into about 4 quatars and hiding pictures of colour coded eggs in each quatar. Once a participator of the easter egg hunt has found all 4 colour coded eggs, they will win a prize. We have also developed a possible idea of making an extra picture of a golden egg, that will be hidden in a more challenging spot than the rest of them. Once this egg is found, an even bigger prize can be won.
Target Audience of my Ideas
The three ideas I have for the commission project is 1) Promotional video 2) Magazines 3) Posters. Two of the ideas, magazines and posters, are more specifically promoting the Creative and Media Diploma at the college. Both will target the same audience as both ideas will have a similar style to one another. The target audience for these ideas are 16-19 year olds. The reasons why this age range is our target audience for both ideas is because the ideas will be made to be arty, graphic and eye-catching. A younger audience would more likely be attracted to a design that consists of a style like this.
The other idea, promotional video, is targeting a much wider age range, which in fact, anyone could be attracted to. This is because the video will be shot all in the POV of a student. Therefore, everyone watching the video can put themselves in the perspective of a student at Penwith College.

Primary and Secondary Research
The primary research I did was interviewing both marketing managers for Penwith and Truro college. With them, we discussed most of the current materials used to promote both colleges, and the ages we believe each target. We also discussed what aspects have an influence on target audiences, such as what gets them attracted towards something - youths will be more attracted towards attractive designs, and adults would perhaps be more drawn towards informative use of of text in the marketing document. We focused more on the prospectuses because this product consisted of both an arty style that attracts youths, and text providing thorough information about each course, that would gain more attention from adults. We talked about what made the style so attractive to young people, and what makes the text so attracting to adults. We also talked about what could be made better, or would could be done different to the prospectus, to give the prospectus more of a chance of attracting even more of an audience. We also compared prospectuses that have been made over the years for the college, and what made one better than the other and why exactly it was better. This gave the other students and I more of an idea of how to go about our products when it comes to targeting an audience.
The secondary research that I carried out, was looking at influences for my own ideas that I have for promoting the college. My influences were the Nike advert, Empire magazine and movie posters. I also looked at previous promotional videos, and other materials used by the college that could relate to my ideas for promoting Penwith college, but found nothing as inspiring as what I had found in my own research. The research for my promotional video, the Nike advert, (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=anwlpTgbQTE) gave me a lot of inspiration and ideas. It gave me the idea of the POV shot, which I will use to allow all viewers to picture themselves in the perspective of a student at Penwith College. It also gave me the idea of a 'day in the life of'-like style video, that shows the progression from a beginner who's talent nurtures through the years. In my video, this will be used to show a student who's just started college, and works his way through the college years and gains a certificate at the end. The main research I made for the magazine idea, was in Empire, a monthly magazine giving thorough information about the world of film. The reason I thought this would be a good source for my research into my magazine idea, was because Empire magazine features the same sort of ideas I have for the content of my own magazine. It has a very arty and graphic design that always looks attractive and professional. It has very informative text in the magazine to, that also tries to get people motivated to watch the films they advertise. They do this by writing the information about films, in a very persuasive tone. I want to include persuasive information in my magazine so that I can get potential students motivated about coming to Penwith College more than any other in the local areas. Of course, as I have stated, I will also go about my magazine using a similar style to that of Empire, and include arty, attractive images on the magazine. For my final idea, the posters, the research I did into this was mainly through analysing movie posters. On movie posters, just like my magazine idea, includes arty designs and informative and persuasive text in its contents. I will also make the posters in A3 so that, like any poster's purpose, will capture the eye of the public.
The Brief
Martin Tucker, the director of Penwith college, came into our lecture on a Friday, and discussed the commission he wants us to do for him. The commission brief is to promote the new build at Penwith college by using various multimedia materials, and the marketing skills we have learnt and built on with the help of Emma Kelly, the marketing manager at Penwith College.
We asked him various questions, and recorded the feedback he gave us in our notepads. The questions we asked him and the feedback he gave us is written in the following:

Trengwainton Gardens
The rest of the media group and I are going to visit Trengwaiton Gardens. This is a National Trust site and the trip to the location could lead to possible further relations between myself and the National Trust. The trip could lead to work experience, or projects to help promote the Gardens and their fellow National Trust branches, using skills from the Creative and Media Diploma that we have learnt so far.

Pitch
On Friday 29th, the rest of the media group and I pitched our ideas to Martin Tucker, the head of Penwith College. My pitch went very well, and I felt that Martin thought my ideas were very interesting. The three ideas I had for the project, was a promotional video, magazines, and posters. These ideas seemed simple at first, but what I will include in my marketing ideas, is what caught the attention of Martin most of all. I decided that the promotional video will be filmed in the style of a particular Nike advert. The video will be set in one of the new buildings on the campus. On set, will be classrooms on either side of the corridor I wish to film in, where a student will be walking into each one. Each class will have a different course, and once the student has been in each course, the camera will cut to the student receiving a certificate at a graduation ceremony. The reasons I want to film a video is like this is because 1) Several courses are advertised in the video, showing potential students what these courses has to offer at the college and 2) The graduation ceremony at the end shows that Penwith gets results. Other than a 'day in the life of'-like video, another thing that got me inspired in the Nike advert, was the POV shot the whole way through. The reason I found this intriguing is because anyone watching the video, can put themselves in the perspective of the student. My second idea, the magazine, I believe was also good for several reasons. Firstly, what could be included in my magazine could really attract a big audience. The magazine is promoting more the Creative and Media Diploma course than the college itself, and in this magazine, I aim to include information about the course, but I also would like to make it persuasive, so I can entice more potential students into choosing the course when they come to college. I also would like to include a lot of graphic art in the magazine, symbolising the fun that the course can offer! Like the video, I explored into the magazine idea thoroughly too, and want to give my magazine a style much like Empire magazine. This magazine is very artsy, and also provides information about films (which is what they advertise), that is also very persuasive, as they want you to go and watch them. My third and final idea, is the poster. Similar to the magazine, I want to make the poster artsy, persuasive and informative about the course. Also, I would like to get some shops to sell the magazines and advertise the posters in their shop window so that people can see them for however along the shop is open for.
Photography
In our photography lectures, we have also been working on the commission project, but focusing more down the photography related route. This means that we have been developing ideas for the project that would stimulate our skills in photography, such as postcards or photos of the new build. Most recently, we have also been developing new skills in this part of the multimedia, by drawing with light. This is a fun exercise and is an interesting topic in photography.
Graphic Design
In our lectures for graphic design, we have been working on recreating posters that advertise the Creative and Media Diploma. This was a good exercise as it helped us develop new skills in the areas that were used in Photoshop, to develop a professional poster like the one we recreated.
Film
In our film lectures, we have been working thoroughly on our commission project, and finding ways of advertising the college through the multimedia. We have had two marketing managers who work for the Truro and Penwith Colleges, and have discussed ways of improving the current, and developing new materials to market the Penwith campus to the community. We have focused on promotional videos a lot, and studies different promotional videos used in the past to promote the college.
Music Technology
In music technology, the rest of the students and I have done a range of activities. We have spent most of the lessons planning our pitches and doing so has linked us to another activity that we have spent some of our other time on. This was listening to, and making radio jingles. We did this so that we could familiarise ourselves with this area of music in case we decided we wanted to continue with this route for the commission project. We have also spent time working and developing our skills in other areas of Logic Pro, and have also spent time learning chords on musical instruments.

College adverts
I believe that college advert 1 is aimed for 16-19 year olds. The reason I say this is because the beat in the background is quite fast and modern, and I believe they did this so that 16-19 year olds will be more attracted to the advert. The style and pace of the music makes it obvious that the advert wanted to aim at 16-19 year olds. However I believe the advert does not show a good understanding of the target audience because it is something I, as part of that target audience, am not attracted to
The second college advert, I think, is aimed for slightly older potential students. This advert is more professional and not as child-like as the other two. The style and the pace of the music both make the advert seem like it is aimed for older people, and for its target audience, I believe this does show a good understanding of its target audience.
I think the third advert is clear that they are trying to aim at students aged at 16-19 year olds. Everything about the style of the music and the pace of the music matches something a student may listen to at that age. Even the voice works well for the target audience they are aiming for. However, it is not something that I would be attracted to as a listener of the advert, I think it sounds too unprofessional.

Ideas for Pitch
I have thought of three possible ideas that can be used for our commission project - promote Penwith college. Two of the ideas will be used to promote the creative and media diploma course. These ideas are - magazine and posters. The magazine will be a good idea because it can reach a bigger audience if we were to disperse them around the community, rather than keep it close to the college. Like the magazines, the posters can also be dispersed around the community to attract a bigger audience. We can also ask a number of shops if they could sell the magazines for us, therefore they will be available throughout the day, and all the people who enter the shops will see them. We could also put the posters in the shops that make an agreement to sell or advertise our products, and again, this way people will see them throughout the day. Our third idea, although would probably not reach such a big audience, is one that I am most optimistic about - a promotional video. We have researched into this idea quite extensively, and believe that we want to do it in the style of a particular Nike advert. As for our two other ideas, we think we should make them in the style of Empire magazine, and movie posters. Empire magazine has a layout that is very attractive, but also informative. It's also a fun magazine to read. This will convey the message that Penwith college too, is fun and the information written in the magazine will inform the public what Penwith college is like. Movie posters also tend to be eye-catching and informative, but they are also persuasive, which is what gives this idea an edge. The persuasive text on the poster will persuade people to come to Penwith college, or at least research more into the college.

40 Items for Pitch
The client I will be working for is Martin Tucker, the director of Penwith college.
We have to try and promote the new build at the college by producing multimedia promotional materials.
The deadline we have been asked to work to is Easter.
The company I will be working for is itself Penwith college.
The college would like to convey the message that Penwith's number 1 priority is the students - they will be put 1st.
The unique selling point is the students and the setting.
There is no particular medium that the director would like us to work in, but he would rather us make materials that we believe will be attractive and informative to potential students.
We will estimate what the price of our marketing materials and present them to Martin. He will then decide whether the budget is reasonable.
The principle goal is to make life quality for the students at the college.
Normally, the design agency they would use, is either a local business, or themselves.
The college would like us to document the students
The health and safety requirements he wants us to follow, is mostly to be careful with the equipment we use for the project.

He wants to see creative and innovative ideas in the proposal
He wants us to target all possible age-groups, but make 16-19 year olds our first priority
The productions will be used in all marketing for Penwith College and also at parents evenings so the parents can see students' work
Photography will be used in my magazines and posters
Video is of course related to my promotional film
Audio work will come in to the promotional film as I would like audio to be played over the video.
Graphic Design is related to the magazine and poster ideas
The Nike advert and Empire magazines are targeting a wide age-group - anything from 16 - 50/60/70's. A wide age-range is something I hope my target audience will be something like too.
I have researched into all ideas - promotional video-Nike advert, magazines-Empire magazine, posters-movie posters.
I have not yet produced a budget. However I hope to develop my work internally, in which case, it will all be either free, or very cheap.
The gender that I am targeting is both male and female. The locations I wish to advertise to, are all local areas, and some areas further out.
Any lifestyle will be targeted - my priority for the magazine and poster, is to persuade all audiences to come to Penwith.
I expect my audiences to be interested in the products I produce, and consider coming to, or at least acknowledging, Penwith College.
We interviewed Emma Kelly to gain marketing advice and learn skills that are required from her.
I believe students come to Penwith College because it is local, therefore not a trek (unlike anyone who goes to Truro but lives here), the classroom sizes are smaller to, so you get more individual learning, and lastly, the new buildings that will be finished within the next couple of years, will attract a lot of the students that come to the college.
Penwith has been stereotyped as a 'baby-Truro', however our marketing products will hopefully change that, and we can bring more things into the light, that are just as good, if not better, than Truro's.
In terms of rebranding, we have thought of changing the name of the college, so it seems more independent from Truro, however it is unlikely this idea will follow through.
We could host more open days or open evenings so more people have the opportunity to try out Penwith College.
The current video for Penwith College looks very professional compared to ones from the past. In the past, videos for the college were more like documentaries whereas the current one is more of a tour around the whole campus. I was much more attracted to the current one than those from the past.
We have also analysed different prospectuses made for the college over the years, and I feel standards have definitely improved from those from ten years ago, however, there is one that I believe to be the best, and this is from 2007/08.
If I was to rebrand the Truro and Penwith colleges, I would do so by somehow bringing more to the light just how important the two of them are. I would want people up-country talking about them and even contemplating moving to Cornwall if it means going to one of the colleges, because I believe both have the potential to be not just the most talked about colleges in the South West, but also in places further up north. This could easily happen to, considering Truro managed to gain 5 stars, and I can't see Penwith far off that mark either with the college being rebuilt to make it look like the most modern college in the country yet.

Research into target audience
We interviewed Emma Kelly, to gain ideas about how we can go about our commission - promoting the new build at Penwith College. We focused more on the college prospectuses and talked about how we could improve them and how by doing this, we could entice more potential college students into coming to Penwith.
We also tried thinking of the different things that influenced us into coming to the college and by doing that we briefly talked about how we could bring these things more into the light. The many things we had thought of, had included the fact the Penwith is just simply a closer college for those who live in the area, and all of us agreed that we were pleased with the small class-room sizes - that way each student gets more individual attention and therefore, theoretically, learns more.
We also talked about how we could change the perception of Penwith College in the local community. This discussion came up because, most people in and around the area, have the impression that Penwith College is basically a replica of Truro College.
This led to the question of how we could re-brand the college, and although this idea probably wouldn't follow through, we thought changing the name of the college would be a good idea.
This linked to how we could promote the college using different events. We said along with open days and open evenings, that exhibitions and taster days would be a good thing to do.

Interview with Emma Kelly
The rest of the group and I started off our assignment by having an interview with Emma Kelly, who works in marketing. We all discussed how we could promote the new buildings at Penwith college using different parts of the multimedia. In today's lecture, we focused more on the previous prospectuses and what we thought we could improve on if we were to create one ourselves.
We also talked about what we could put in the marketing materials to make Penwith sound unique, different and better than other colleges.
Marketing Materials
I don't think this design looks that interesting from my point of view. I think that there is to much information and I would lose interest shortly after I began reading it. For material used to market the college, I think the information should be broken up a little with things such as inserts.
This design is a little like the last one. It doesn't really interest me and it needs to be broken up a bit so the information doesn't look as boring.
Although the document contains many different colours which is what I was criticizing some of the other designs for, I still think they are a bit irrelevant and I don't see how they can market Penwith College.
This booklet is from the year 1999/2000. The design is quite simplistic but is also bold and stands out well. The colours however, seem to be a little childish and overall I don't think the design looks anymore like college material than primary or secondary school material.
This design was made in 2004. It looks quite boring and again, quite simple. There are very few colours and this just adds to the boring theme that seems to last throughout.
This design is from this year and it seems it has stepped up from the earlier designs. It is much more attractive and eye-catching, but I think that a little too much is going on and it's gone from too simple to too complex.
I think that again, the design is a lot more attractive and eye-catching. However, like the last document, I feel that too much is going on and they should not make it so complex. One thing they've incorporated into the document however, that I think is good, are the students. The college is always trying to stress how student-focused they are and I think this design shows that.
